		<description>I was just wondering how many other people are having this problem of insufficient sample. LabCorp claims they keep samples for 7 days but when I tried to add a test to a sample drawn yesterday, they gave several different reasons: first the previous sample couldn&#039;t be used because I prepaid for the test, then the sample was not enough. Makes me wonder if samples are thrown out and not really kept 7 days.</description>

		<description>I would like to let the world know the truth about Labcorp. This company is another tea party. If this company has not already buried enough employee&#039;s already to this date. Now that a employee has a death in their immediate family. LABCORP SUPERVISOR tells the employee we can only give you 2 days off. To handle you business, prepare for funeral services and attend. Then you must return to work. The supervisor did not even mention that they were sorry for your loss. Now this is a company that keeps stating We are 1 Big Family. Now, define the differnce in family  and LABCORP. This is just as to how I found out this web site. Just google &quot;Labcorp SUCKS&quot;.

		<description>My wife and I were sent to labcorp for blood work @9801 Georgia Ave. in silver spring Md.We arrived@8:36 am the place was under staffed and people were standing outside the door in the hallway and many more sitting on the floor. When we were called, the man at the desk a Mr Jones was belligerent and coarse for no apparent reason.When I mentioned his attitude he told me, he did not care and that it did not matter to him one way or another.Needless to say this does not instill trust or confidence in your company or system.On top of this Labcorp sent a bill to me for $379.00 after my insurance company had already paid them the bill should have been 37.00$ if running customers away is your goal Labcorp you have succeeded we will not use your company again as our doctors has given us other options.</description>

		<description>I have been going once a month to Labcorp for a medication I have been taken for 5 months.  I have had no problems with waiting or staff until this time.  It was Friday it was busy, I got there early to give myself plenty of time.  I was waiting my turn to get my blood drawn and the guy&#039;s back was turned to me and I did not hear what he said, also he was mumbling.  I paused because I did not want to rush to get into the chair and all of a sudden he turned around and yelled at me to sit down into the chair. I yelled back at him and said OK and sat down.  He did say he was sorry, but again while his back was turned and again was mumbling.  Totally unproffessional.  Totally uncalled for!!!</description>

		<description>I just went in to get lab work for my thyroid and I got a bill for $1,300!!! How is this even legal? There is no way you can charge a person that much for a routine blood test. There has to be a class action lawsuit for this jerks.</description>

		<description>I had scheduled and kept an appointment Jan 22 , 2011 at the 2012 A Emmorton Rd site for an H.Pylori Breath test. When I got to the site they were unable to administer the test. The receptionist said they don&#039;t give the test, the tech said they were out of the kits. They told me there is no communication between the online appointment schedule program and the site. If this is true what is the point of using your scheduler. She told me I should have called to make sure they had the kit, that is an unreasonable assumption, She offered no assistance on contacting another labcorp site to see who had a kit. I had to take the list she gave me sit outside in the freezing cold weather, and call several sites till I found the site in Dundalk that had a kit.Then I had to drive 25 miles to go take the test, this while fasting.  This is the worse customer service I have ever seen in a lab. I plan to urge my employer to remove labcorp from the offerings and replace it with a reputable company.</description>

This was my first visit and first time to draw blood from my 6 year old daughter.  The customer service and treatment was below marginal rating.  There was noticeable conflict between the staff and consequently affecting the patients waiting for service.  The only gentleman (staff) at the clinic tried to service my daughter and I simply asked if he had experience with kids forecasting the difficult task with my daughter, the response was loud, arrogant and demeaning.  I had to ask the gentleman to stop the service and get me someone else...that also did not go well.</description>
