Labcorp is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have gone to an office of theirs and they locked me out before they were supposed to close. I was yell at by the manager of this location and She told me when I told her they closed early that she would have her husband find me and attack me. This is the way to run a business?
Labcorp turned my account over to a collection agency when I was paying them monthly on my account. They had no reason to do this. I was paying online and they took my account number off so I could not continue to pay them. So I called them and they gave me the address to somewhere in North Carolina so I started paying my monthly payments to them at that office. They cashed one check and have not cashed the other two checks I sent them. What are they doing with the money????
I never see a receipt even the cancelled check. I don’t know what’s going on!!!! I think if they know they are getting a payment each month, they should not turn it over to the collection agency. Now the money is missing!!! I cannot track it down or Labcorp office either. These guys are one of a kind!!!!! Someone should get them to do an honest business. They are nickel and diming me to death and now this!!! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
LabCorp does suck. At the Milvia office in Berkeley Ca. I found the lab tech much more interested in watching her daytime soap opera than in dealing the customers. What is a tv doing in there anyway? The attitude there (and in many places in Berkeley and Oakland) is you are putting them out of their way, not one of good service at all! Many people act as if they are getting minimum wage, with their attitudes I’m not sure they deserve even that much! I’ve had better service at McDonalds! For a very prosperous company you would think they would find excellent personnal to work there and represent their company, instead they have incompetent, lazy people barely able to do a simple job. At least they are off the streets! Also I wasn’t given any written instructions to follow, so 3 weeks later when I’m doing the samples I’m winging it. Oh well!
The LabCorp Service Center in Alexandria, VA (Duke St.) is a complete zoo. The last time I went there, the lobby looked like a welfare office. There were about 25-30 people waiting in a room that is about 12′ x 12′. Kids running around everywhere. Generally a mess. There was one lady behind the desk for all these people, and the last name checked off the sign in sheet was at 1:30 PM. This was at 3 PM. People were actually willing to wait an hour and a half to give blood samples (at Quest I’ve never waited more than 15-20 mins). I looked at the lady behind the desk, laughed and walked out.
I work for Labcorp and I can tell first hand they are cheap at every turn.
Their main goal is to drain money from the company and cut staffing to below minimum whenever possible. I coud say more but I need my job like most Americans and can’t afford to elaborate any more.
i use to work for labcorp and the managment sucks. they work their good workers to death (mainly because of understaffing)they have fired all their lab staff except customer service in okc. Another worker and co-worker were victims of prejudice. I was set up to work with a terrible co-worker and was blamed for things that she lied about. I was treated with blatent disrespect. I worked in a clients office and they had complained about her work ethics and the fact the she was causing problems in the lab and that they did not want her over there, I was praised for my work and was told that only the doctors and nurses only wanted me to deal with any and all issues. I was removed from the office without being told or given an explination ( i found out later that it was because the bad co-worker said that she did not want to work woth me and i was the one causing the problems and the doctors and nurses was not talking to her because of me). I put my two notice because i was offered a job at a company i had worked for but left because i moved . I was not asked to stay nothing good came from there mouths. I was told I had no worth and i ment nothing so there was no reason to complain about anything that was done to me. This is not how you treat loyal and good workers at a company. the co-worker that i had worked for i ended up with because she had thrown tubes and cussed out the clients that she was originally stationed at. she was rewarded for bad work and I was punished for good.
How on earth can a person who has been to exactly 2 out of all the Patient Service Centers in the United States consider an entire company to be full of corruption and evil-wrong doing? I feel that you who started this website must have some other hidden agenda that is really driving this. Of course we may never know the true reason that you hate Labcorp so much. Maybe you are a disgruntled former employee who was fired for something truly embarassing to yourself or your family. Maybe you were never considered for hire because you were not qualified for a position within the company. Could it be that your Husband had an affair with someone who worked for Labcorp? Maybe you are just some nutcase who chose a company out of random to try and take down as if it would make you famous or something.(some people really like publicity) Could it be that you work for a competitor lab and cant keep business going because you charge 3 times as much for your labs? Shame on you for being so mad because YOU were inconvenienced that you would stoop so low as to crucify an entire company because of a very few people who did a very poor job. I want you to stop and think for a moment and know that there are COUNTLESS people who work for Labcorp who give 100% of their heart to make it a better company. People who go out of their way to offer the best service possible to patients, and really CARE about the patients that come through on any given day. I know that I would have NEVER treated you this way. I know that NO supervisor or manager that I work under would allow a Patient Service Technician to treat ANY patient the way that you claim you were treated. So where do you get off bashing an entire company for the actions of the ones that you unfortunately encountered? Are you so narrow minded that you think EVERYONE is to blame? What exactly do you do for a living? What company do you work for? Would you want someone to go into your company hundreds of miles away have a bad experience and then bash you? Of course not!!! It would seem that you feel that the entire company failed you. I apologize to you for the wrongdoings of several people. I hate you were treated the way you claim that you were. But to go and put up a website to try and blacklist an entire company whos work and dedication have saved literally thousands of lives is in really poor taste. Yes, you can go to another lab and have your labwork done. What happens if you get poor service one day there? I know…let me guess, another website. Seems to me you have a lot of time on your hands, and need a hobby. Why not start a website to help the poor, to raise money for cancer research, to help abused children? Life does go on dear after having a bad customer service encounter be it a bank, restaurant, or health care facility. There will always be a few bad apples in a company that just havent been weeded out, just like theres always that one customer who thinks that just because they werent treated like Queen Elizabeth herself, that the whole universe should stop in its tracks and cry with her. Oh and one other point I would like to make is this, If you had went to Labcorp that day and had a wonderful experience just like so many others do everyday, how long would it have taken you to put up your “LABCORPISWONDERFUL” SITE? huh? GO figure…..MSM
REPLY TO ABOVE COMMENT:
As a LabCorp employee from Virginia, I see that you are well trained in diverting attention from the real problems at LabCorp. I would guess that you either work in the Government Affairs department or the public relations division of the marketing department. Let’s clarify a few things. This site was created because of my frustration with management as well as the service center level employees. I complained to the proper people at LabCorp and nothing was done. I was then further insulted with the same tactics that you are using, creating a “motive” or other issue to divert attention from the real problems. It’s all documented. Now in reference to your statements related to my motives. I’ll deal with one statement at a time. STATEMENT: “Maybe you are a disgruntled former employee who was fired for something truly embarassing to yourself or your family.” RESPONSE: Nope. Never worked for the company and hve never been fired from any job that I have had.
STATEMENT: “Maybe you were never considered for hire because you were not qualified for a position within the company.” RESPONSE: Nope, never applied for employment at the company. Actually I have never really applied for employment at any company as I have had the good fortune of either being recruited by companies or owned my own companies.
STATEMENT: “Could it be that your Husband had an affair with someone who worked for Labcorp?” RESPONSE: Nope, I am a man that is married to a woman for many years.
STATEMENT: “Maybe you are just some nutcase who chose a company out of random to try and take down as if it would make you famous or something.(some people really like publicity)” RESPONSE: Nope, I am not a nut (kind of insulting to people but coming from a LabCorp employee I will take it with a grain of salt.). I did not select a company at random and I have been famous and did not enjoy the public life, therefore I shy away from publicity. As a matter of fact, I am famous enough that if I do a press release with this website listed, I would have all the national media outlets carrying the story.
STATEMENT: “Could it be that you work for a competitor lab and cant keep business going because you charge 3 times as much for your labs?” RESPONSE: Nope, wrong again. I do not work for any lab companies or lab related company. In the past I have been involved in health care ventures and do know a little something about how patients should be treated.
STATEMENT: “Shame on you for being so mad because YOU were inconvenienced that you would stoop so low as to crucify an entire company because of a very few people who did a very poor job.” RESPONSE: If it was JUST VERY FEW PEOPLE I would have taken the website down. It’s obvious that LabCorp has a serious problem with the way it treats patients and the reckless operational policies that focus more on profits than quality health care. Read some of the comments in this site. They are from ordinary people that do not work for the company, have never applied to work at the company, have never had a spouse that was having an affair with the employees or management of the company, do not work for competitors of the company and are not “nut” cases. They have been wronged by LabCorp and instead of throwing insults you should be looking for ways to satisfy customers and provide quality test results.
STATEMENT: “So where do you get off bashing an entire company for the actions of the ones that you unfortunately encountered?” RESPONSE: Read the comments posted on this site and you will wake up to the fact that you have a company wide epidemic that is not isolated to the South Florida region.
STATEMENT: “What exactly do you do for a living? What company do you work for? Would you want someone to go into your company hundreds of miles away have a bad experience and then bash you?” RESPONSE: I have about 500 employees that I oversee. I would never have allowed what happened to me to happen to any of my customers. It’s called customer service and just because patients are forced to use your company because LabCorp is the lowest bidder does not mean that you can mistreat them or provide substandard test results. Now, this whole thing is not about me, but rather about your company so stop trying to divert attention from the real problems.
STATEMENT: “I apologize to you for the wrongdoings of several people. I hate you were treated the way you claim that you were. But to go and put up a website to try and blacklist an entire company whos work and dedication have saved literally thousands of lives is in really poor taste.” RESPONSE: You apologize for the wrongdoings? Who apologizes for your insults? In reference to the claim that you have saved literally thousand of lives, I find that amusing. You get paid to provide lab testing services. You do not save lives. As a matter of fact, LabCorp is not permitted by law to provide patients with medical treatment. You are just a robot that electronically analyzes blood and other human specimen samples and provides levels. To take claim for “saving” lives is absurd. How about all those that you have provided invalid results that have gotten sicker as a result? How many have died because the results that you provided were wrong? Look at reality and not what you are paid to say.
STATEMENT: “Seems to me you have a lot of time on your hands, and need a hobby. Why not start a website to help the poor, to raise money for cancer research, to help abused children? RESPONSE: I actually do not have ANY time on my hands. I work about 16 hours a day. Thank you for thinking of me and letting me know that I need a hobby but I already have one. In reference to starting a website to:
-help the poor – I probably donate 10 times more than you do and help community organizations substantially more that you or LabCorp does. As a matter of fact, I reviewed LabCorp’s community affairs policy and it is shameful that they only donate to organizations located in the town of their headquarters. So they suck money out of communities throughout the USA but only donate to organizations in their home town? That’s really fair…not.
-to raise money for cancer research – Have provided more money and assistance to cancer organizations that provide direct services to patients. I have never really supported research, as that is not something I do. I do help the Heart Association and other regional and national organizations that help children with disabilities.
-help abused children – Done that and continue.
Being that you are in Virginia, you probably work in the Governmental affairs office. I can understand how concerned you must be. After all, you will need to deal with mess that your managers have created when the government steps in and takes civil and criminal action against LabCorp. But don’t worry too much. LabCorp has already been through indictments and they bouced back quickly. It only took them a few years to forget the dirty deeds and start doing similar things. The good people will quickly find jobs with other companies. The only problem is with the bad managers and employees who believe that they are doing people a favor by taking their blood and charging them for it. Now here’s a little advice for you. Instead of inventing alterior motives, fire your bad employees in Miami and other regions and take responsibility for your actions.
Admin,
You do bring up some very very valided points, and I feel that you have every right to bash , slash and kick any company you choose. It’s the American Way. But For the [people @ Lab Corp that wake up every day and try to do a good job it hurts to know that so many people were wornged. I try to do my best at the patients worst time of there lives. I even try to go that extra step to treat every one as family. But some times Family fights among them selves… As far as test go it has become very hard to read and interpid the doctors had order and at 700hr in the morning there are no doctors to call for them to tell you what they want . So the patient gets mad and blames Lab corp , They forget there Insurance or ID they blame Lab corp . Trust me when I say That I have sat there and get the full force of a angry mother when there chlid have to be restuck again, Because the doctor lost there resaults. Any some of the problem are true but some are blown way out of limits. Ok thanks for the time .
Admin,
Im an employee for Labcorp. I see over 60 people a day, usually the morning is the busiest. I get a gathering of maybe 5-10 people every morning. This is were the COMPLAINING starts. Some people just moan and wine about little things. How can someone tell me “I need to know how long is this gonna take exactly” the patient starts with the attitude. (Therefore starting the problem) Now……I dont have an accurate answer to this question….first of all…I just opened the office….theres about 6 people ahead of you…..why would anyone ask such a thing?? I wish people would use some common sense at times. People have been giving threats saying that they would file a complaint just for waiting….FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!! This is unfair to the employee,…yelling and b**ching at you at 8 oclock in the morning is not a good way to start the day. Another COMPLAIN comes when the patient doesnt have their insurance in hand and want you to draw the blood either way and dont expect a bill. Why cant people be responsible and have all they need when they visit doctor offices.
I also see that you mentioned Quest lab on this website a couple times. I get patients in here all the time, from their lab, and give complaints and rants about how bad they operate! And this is literally on a daily basis!
I am a LabCorp Site Coordinator and I am not shocked at finding a website such as this. And I am not shocked to find so many people whining and complaining. At our site, we see an average of 120 people per day. Yes I know of some service centers that have major problems with the facilities and staff. But we are all being painted with the same brush. In defense of our service center and our staff, we work our butts off every day. We have an excellent team of people who truly understand the meaning of teamwork and good customer service. We have an excellent reputation with the area Doctors and patients. I am not going to justify the way the company is run. In these times we all need jobs, but I can assure you that at our service center there is a group of people who actually enjoy our jobs and our daily interaction with the public. Our record speaks for itself. We have had one customer service complaint in 2008, and they come down hard on staff for such things. Now, we try hard to please. But we have complaints too. In this drive through, give it to me now mentality. We see the healthy, the sick and the whiney. The latter is the worst. No diagnosis codes and we get the nasty brunt from the patient. No test ordered on the req, we take the brunt. Doctors illegible handwriting, god forbid you have to wait a few minutes while we call for clarification. “I have been here for an hour, can’t you speed up,” When the sign in sheets are checked, they walked in the facility 20 minutes ago! Do these people act like this in Walmart, probably not. We get the full brunt of some of the most ignorant people I have ever had the displeasure to meet and they should be ashamed for their behaviour. But we must be doing something right because the situations are diffused and we do not get complaints. Let me tell you. Handling some of the ignorant idiots that come through that door can be more exhausting than being on our feet for 8 hours sticking patients. Everyone else on these blogs have their say and voice their complaints about LabCorp and staff. But remember there are some of us out here doing a damn good job. Just as you all have the right to gripe, we have the right to defend.
i worked for labcorp in okc. i was laid off late summer. all in all, the only things that made my position there worthwhile were the fact that i worked my own hours, i had over 6.5 weeks holiday, my co workers were for the most part fun to be around,my supervisor was very nice, and my facility was fantastic. i have heard many stories of rat hole sardine tin conditions for most lab facilities. the high tech, low budge version of corporate shabby cheap…no chic!!! as a company, they suck. they are always in your business to participate in their “health maintenance programs, yet for lab week, they are stuffing their fat ass obese workers with pizza (like we are a bunch of kids) hot dogs, doughnuts aren’t we a healthcare concern? wages there are terrible with annual increases that barely cover core inflation not to mention real inflation with food and energy added. their reliance on paper work to document virtually every aspect of the business when the phones and your login/logout case load numbers are right there in the computer. clocking out when you leave the building even though you are on salary. in other words, they want to treat you hourly yet pay you salary. the requirement to stay at “your post” until you have reached 7.75 hrs. when you have finished all aspects of your positional requirements in 7 hours. you are doing nothing and they are gaining nothing. we had people with their own pc’s. mini tv’s, exercise bikes, just to kill the most non-productive time in history. damn! i wouldn’t want to steal time from lab corp or take crust out of davey king’s mouth. at least when i was a kid and a warehouse workworker, they would throw the shop broom at you. the very worst aspect of labcorp, you could never make any long term plan in your life simply due to the fact that you could never feel secure that they would not swoop in like the spanish inquisition and shut down your facility. with this underlying level of uncertainty, they had you by the balls. you couldn’t remodel, plan a move , a trip, etc. and the real irony is they ask this,” we are so thankful loyalty from you”….but when it comes to the reciprocity: they’ll cut your ass so fast….linda blair’s head spin was amateurish in comparison. and they wonder why their employees drink, smoke, get high. or like most eat themselves into a new house size??? they are the chief culprit in undermining the health they want to “help” you manage. in our case, lab week rolls around with all its employee appreciation lipid frenzy, a week later they laid off 59 people. you see they could not lay off 60 or they would by law have to inform the state and the victims with notice. i can also tell you if you receive severance……you will get the benefit of knowing that the tax advantages will not go to you, the company will claim those. i saw mine cut by a third. nice one lab crap. and i made up this little ditty around their little jingle mission statement…..”it grates to be connected to something annoying” and my “here goes more bullshit” circus whistle…when they would start shoveling out the corporate bovine faecal matter……management hated it, but my co workers would openly laugh. and if you ever think you might be noticed for advancement in position, think again. at my facility it was a nest of positional incest. it was a job and that was all it was
I HAVE BEEN A LABCORP EMPLOYEE FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND WOULD LIKE TO STRESS THAT I HAVE WORKED FOR OTHERS COMPANIES IN THE PAST AND NEVER BEEN MORE SATISFIED WORKING FOR LABCORP.I AM FEELING A LITTLE DEFENSIVE WHEN I READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS WEB SITE.I UNDERSTAND THAT WE AS A COMPANY IN WHOLE CAN NOT SATISFY EVERYONE(PATIENTS,DOCTORS,ECT.)BUT FOR YOU TO PUT A WEBSITE THAT BASHES OUR COMPANY AS A WHOLE IS UNFAIR.I WORK REALLY HARD AT MY LOCATION TO PROVIDE MY PATIENTS,AND I SAY THAT SINCERLY, WITH THE BEST CARE I CAN PROVIDE,WHETHER THAT BE AT THE WINDOW OR AT AT THE DRAW CHAIR.I HELP PATIENTS CALL BILLING TO CLAFIFY ERRORS OR STAY PAST MY LUNCH BREAK TO WAIT FOR PATIENTS THAT CALL AND TELL ME THIER AROUND THE CORNER AND TO PLEASE WAIT ON THEM.I HOLD DOORS OPEN FOR PATIENTS,I HELP PATIENTS FEEL COMFORTABLE WHEN THEY COME IN FEEL A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT GETTING THIER BLOOD DRAWN.IN ESSENSE I ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA MILE.NOT ALL OF US THAT WORK FOR LABCORP ARE LIKE THE PICTURE YOU HAVE PAINTED.WHY DONT YOU START A WEB SITE THAT COMPARES BAD EXPIERENCES WITH GOOD ONES IF YOU REALLY WANT TO MAKE ALL YOUR STATEMENTS ABOUT LABCORP EMPLOYEES ACCURATE.I KNOW ALOT OF THEM THAT GO THE EXTRA MILE,AND YES WE CANT ALWAYS MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY BUT I KNOW THAT I ALWAYS TRY MY BEST.THERES GOING TO BE TIMES I DONT HIT THE VIEN THE FIRST TIME OR I ORDER A WRONG TEST OR I MISS ONE BUT LIKE ANYONE ELSE THAT WORKS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I AM ONLY HUMAN AND SOMETIMES MAKE MISTAKES.ARE YOU PERFECT?I KNOW WE GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO CORRECT ANY MISTAKES WHETHER IT BE GOING TO A PATIENTS HOME TO REDRAW SO TO NOT INCONVIENCE THEM OR RESEARCHING WHY A DOCTORS OFFICE DID NOT GET THIER RESULTS IN A TIMLEY MATTER.I WORK FOR A COMPANY THATS STARTS OFF NEW EMPLOYEES WITH 3.6 WEEKS OFF DURING THE YEAR AND INCREASES WITH MORE TIME SERVED.I HAVE WORKED FOR A HOSPITAL THAT GAVE YOU 10 CENT RAISES, LABCORP GIVES US A PERCENTAGE OF OUR BASE PAY CONSIDERING WORK PERFORMANCE.WE ARE OFFERED 401K,HEALTH INSURANCE,DENTAL,VISION , AND OUR STARTING PAY IS BASED ON EXPIRIENCE AND IS NATIONALLY COMPETITIVE.NOW,I KNOW YOU ARE UPSET WITH YOUR EXPIRIENCE WITH LABCORP AND FOR THAT I AM TRULY SORRY,I WISH YOU HAD COME INTO MY PSC(PATIENT SERVICE CENTER) IN CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS,(I DONT FEEL I HAVE TO HIDE BEHIDE AN ANONYMOUS NAME OR SITE) MAYBE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE FELT THE NEED TO POST THIS WEB SITE, THANKS ANYWAY, YOU HAVE MADE ME WANT TRY EVEN HARDER TO DO MY BEST, AND YES, SOMETIMES IT HURTS WHEN YOUS GET YOUR BLOOD DRAWN,SORRY.I AM THE FIRST PERSON THE PAIENT COMES IN CONTACT WHEN CHOOSING LABCORP AND IT IS UP TO ME TO MAKE SURE THEY LEAVE SATIFIED.PLEASE DONT MAKE ME OUT TO BE AN ISOLATED CASE I KNOW A LOT OF GOOD EMPLOYEES AT LABCORP WHETHER THE ARE PHLEBOTOMIST OR THE REGIONAL MANAGER THAT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE.THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.
is it just me or has anyone else noticed how many of these Labcorp employee responses contain numerous typos (i.e there vs their)?
Some are from supervisors!!
Simply amazing
Here is a copy of an email I just sent to Labcorp customer service. I will let you all know how seriously they take their customer service complaints. These past two are the only times I’ve had to get a redraw, however, I have no exceptionaly great experiences to speak of in the 4 offices I have visited in NJ. They are always understaffed and miserable and today I even heard the technician complain loudly after a screaming child left the building. That is HORRENDOUS!
To Whom It May Concern:
I have used Labcorp for checkups with my doctors for many years without any problems. However recently I have encountered a major shift in the service your company provides and I wanted to make you aware of this problem.
My husband and I are trying to start a family and in April my OB/GYN had me get related labwork. I received a phone call two days after completing the test in Mays Landing, NJ, informing me there was a “lab accident” and I would have to return for a second test. I thought it was no big deal. Accidents happen.
We just completed our first round of fertility medication and my doctor sent me for a pregnancy test and a test to see if I ovulated, a test that is time-sensitive in regards to my cycle. I had my blood drawn on Wednesday, May 20th as my doctor requested, in Seaville, NJ. My husband and I waited out the long holiday weekend and sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half today, Tuesday, May 26th, to get our test results. Much to our devastation, the lab messed up AGAIN. This time with a much more important test. Again, accidents happen. However my issue is that my doctor called Labcorp at 2 pm today to confirm the lack of results and Labcorp didn’t call to inform me until 2:30 pm. I was informed at the time I had my blood drawn that my doctor would have the results the following day. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and half of Tuesday that were non-holiday days went by and no one called. That is unacceptable.
It seems to me that your polices and procedures regarding bloodwork are majorly lacking, not to mention your customer service. Do you expect to stay in business forever if your employees don’t take their work seriously?
I’m proud to be a LabCorp employee. I work with a team of professional, caring people. I feel bad when I hear the horror stories people share about LabCorp. I hope the next time they deal with LabCorp, they deal with me.
I read Melisa Sanchez’s story and I say good for you sweety. I’ve seen hispanic employees getting better treatment from their supervisors than the white employees. There’s lots of hispanic workers at LabCorp and although I don’t have a problem with that if the employee is good, I’ve run across so many hispanic employees that I wouldn’t allow to touch me. And what’s this crap pretending not to understand English. You come to this country, take our jobs, and then don’t want to learn the language. We’d be expected to learn your’s if we were in Mexico. The white people in this country are the minority. You get special treatment and benefits, we apply and get nothing, even born in this country. How SAD is that?
I worked with an employee at LabCorp, that was hispanic and spent most of the day sitting on her ass while I did the draws. Yet who got the credit for being sooooooooooo good at what she did? She did, never mind that I stuck the people once and only once, was always nice and respectful to every patient. No, who would come in and threaten my job every 2 weeks or so, a hispanic supervisor. I very much resent the way the supervisors deal with lazy ass employees, rude employees, and yet nothing is done. Wonder why LabCorp has such a bad name now?
Labcorp is the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the second time that I have gone to an office of theirs and they locked me out before they were supposed to close. I was yell at by the manager of this location and She told me when I told her they closed early that she would have her husband find me and attack me. This is the way to run a business?

I should have known I wasn’t the only one with issues.
Here’s a post I wrote about it:
http://dailycandor.com/labcorp-sucks/
Still livid.
They have got to be one of the worst labs in reference to results and timeliness. Totally out of sync.

STATEMENT: “Maybe you are a disgruntled former employee who was fired for something truly embarassing to yourself or your family.”
RESPONSE: Nope. Never worked for the company and hve never been fired from any job that I have had.
STATEMENT: “Maybe you were never considered for hire because you were not qualified for a position within the company.”
RESPONSE: Nope, never applied for employment at the company. Actually I have never really applied for employment at any company as I have had the good fortune of either being recruited by companies or owned my own companies.
STATEMENT: “Could it be that your Husband had an affair with someone who worked for Labcorp?”
RESPONSE: Nope, I am a man that is married to a woman for many years.
STATEMENT: “Maybe you are just some nutcase who chose a company out of random to try and take down as if it would make you famous or something.(some people really like publicity)”
RESPONSE: Nope, I am not a nut (kind of insulting to people but coming from a LabCorp employee I will take it with a grain of salt.). I did not select a company at random and I have been famous and did not enjoy the public life, therefore I shy away from publicity. As a matter of fact, I am famous enough that if I do a press release with this website listed, I would have all the national media outlets carrying the story.
STATEMENT: “Could it be that you work for a competitor lab and cant keep business going because you charge 3 times as much for your labs?”
RESPONSE: Nope, wrong again. I do not work for any lab companies or lab related company. In the past I have been involved in health care ventures and do know a little something about how patients should be treated.
STATEMENT: “Shame on you for being so mad because YOU were inconvenienced that you would stoop so low as to crucify an entire company because of a very few people who did a very poor job.”
RESPONSE: If it was JUST VERY FEW PEOPLE I would have taken the website down.
STATEMENT: “So where do you get off bashing an entire company for the actions of the ones that you unfortunately encountered?”
RESPONSE: Read the comments posted on this site and you will wake up to the fact that you have a company wide epidemic that is not isolated to the South Florida region.
STATEMENT: “What exactly do you do for a living? What company do you work for? Would you want someone to go into your company hundreds of miles away have a bad experience and then bash you?”
RESPONSE: I have about 500 employees that I oversee.
But to go and put up a website to try and blacklist an entire company whos work and dedication have saved literally thousands of lives is in really poor taste.”
RESPONSE: You apologize for the wrongdoings?
Stay healthy .
Admin,
Im an employee for Labcorp.

MELISA SANCHEZ
is it just me or has anyone else noticed how many of these Labcorp employee responses contain numerous typos (i.e there vs their)?
Over a month and no reply from LabCorp…not surprised!
