lab results are in you medical record file with the physician who ordered the test (name on the lab requisition).
you are legally entitled to view and receive copies of your medical records, which includes lab tests.
Contact your ordering physician and request a copy.
Labs will NOT directly release test results to patients without prior written authorization from the ordering physician.
